Stephan Hinrichs has many years of experience in the cement industry: He began his career at the Holcim Germany Group in 2004 with a dual study program. After various positions in Germany, the graduate engineer, who later completed a master's degree in business administration in Switzerland, was production manager at the Retznei cement plant in Austria of Lafarge Zementwerke GmbH until 2019. Stephan then returned to Germany as a member of an international team for the transformation of cement plants, where he is now the Industrial Director, Cement.
