Dr Reihaneh Zohourian leads the hydrogen research activities of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg, primarily with a focus on hydrogen generation. Together with her team, she tracks down new hydrogen technologies and tests their feasibility in form of pilot and demonstration projects. Examples are the projects Living lab “H2-Wyhlen” (Hydrogen production with electrolysis) and “H2MARE” (Offshore hydrogen production). She studied electrical engineering and specialized in hydrogen technologies, especially fuel cells and electrolysers at the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research in Stuttgart with a PhD and work at EnBW since 2019.
