Colin McKinnon is the Wood Technical Consulting, Global Technical Director based in the UK.
He has over forty years’ experience in the planning, building and operation of pipeline and subsea systems in many different environments including projects in the North Sea, Caspian, West Africa and West Australia.
He is currently working on a number of H2 and CO2 projects both onshore and offshore.
He leads a series of multi discipline R&D projects addressing CO2 and H2 pipelines aimed at improved reliability, affordability and safety.
He is a member of the DnV pipeline committee and a Fellow of IMarEst.
He is a keen yachtsman and skier.
