With 13.6 million passengers in 2023 and up to 120 national and international destinations, Hamburg Airport is the fifth largest airport in Germany. As a responsible location, environmental protection is an essential part of HAMs corporate strategy. An important contribution to this is the CO2-neutral operation of the airport. To achieve Net Zero until 2035, we rely on innovative technologies to save energy and invest in research projects that pioneer H2 in aviation when it comes to alternative drive systems and more environmentally friendly fuels. We act now. For the future.
