The German mechanical engineering company CeraCon GmbH was founded in 2000 and has got its head office in Weikersheim/Baden-Württemberg. Currently, CeraCon has got about 200 employees in different business areas working in Germany and abroad. The core area is the sale, design and manufacture of standardized and customer-specific systems.

The division “Sealing systems” covers the processing and application of foam gasket directly to the component to be sealed, as well as the development and production of the necessary adhesives and sealants. 1K-CeraPUR materials provide the perfect sealing solution and offer many advantages. Free from solvents and silicones, without the use of PFAS, PFOA and di-isocyanates, CeraPUR is ideally suited to these requirements.

Under the division “Thermal systems”, CeraCon offers space-saving and automated thermal systems for safe drying, curing or cooling in accordance with the highest requirements of the DIN EN 1539 dryer standard. Process reliability and the flexible design of complex temperature profiles are decisive advantages of the CeraTHERM systems.
